Hi Lauraine, you should not provide details such as any access codes such as passwords and PINs. When the chat conversation has been inactive 2 weeks, you get the opportunity to rate the other member and then close the chat. Shortly after it is deleted from our systems, as we don’t want to have such stored information on our server to no use.
